"The manager in the drive thru explained that they were training someone new. So, that explained why the customer service wasn't on point, I understood. However. My hubby blizzard was not full to the top like my daughters and I blizzard was. We are dissatisfied and disappointed about that."

"Went through the drive thru. It didn't take long. It's kinda hard to complain about ice cream. Service was fine. I ordered an Oreo blizzard with extra Oreo. My only issue with anything today was it seems like all the Oreo was on top. It wasn't mixed well enough. Still loved it but that's why a four and not a five."

"The man who waited on me was really nice. Got my mom and brother's order right, but I ordered a snickerdoodle blizzard. I ended up with a Heath candy bar blizzard. Not a fan of and I was almost home and not going back. Check your blizzards before you leave"

"So glad we went outside our norm today. Javis was super friendly and patient while taking our order (a feat in itself with my indecisive kids). When we were getting ready to leave, my daughter accidentally knocked over my almost full milkshake and he promptly came to clean it up with such a great attitude and basically reminded me this is just what kids do- not an attitude most people would have when cleaning up someone else’s mess. So grateful for the service. It should also be noted that they currently have a 100 health score."
